Wabel Moussly

Wabel Moussly is an experienced litigator, where he works with his clients to obtain optimal results both in and out of court. Wabel is skilled in all manner of commercial and business litigation and has managed cases from pre-litigation negotiations all the way through the appellate process, in both state and federal courts. He also has a background in the areas of healthcare, complex tort, and government entity liability.

Wabel earned his law degree at Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable David O. Carter of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He also clerked for the Federal Trade Commission and the Special Investigations Unit of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Wabel maintained an active schedule in law school, where he served on the Mock Trial and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Boards, where he competed in three national mock trial competitions.

Prior to law school, Wabel obtained his degree in Business Management from California State University, Northridge, where he first discovered his affinity for resolving contractual and business disputes. In his free time, Wabel enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, golf, and tennis.
