Natasha A. Kader

Natasha Kader focuses her practice on representing homeowners, general contractors, and subcontractors for both public and private construction projects.  She has extensive experience handling complex matters through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation resolution of matters, case evaluation and strategy, law and motion practice, discovery and depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.  Natasha has worked on a variety of construction matters, including projects involving public universities, multi-use high-rises, public parks, and multi-million dollar residential homes. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts.

She began her legal career in construction litigation, then transitioned to general civil litigation, where she handled the defense of toxic torts, wrongful death, products liability, commercial trucking litigation, construction workplace accidents, premises liability, and various breach of contract claims. Her previous exposure to different areas of law provides her with a strong foundation of experience.

While in law school, Natasha externed at the Federal Public Defender’s Office and Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office as a certified law clerk.

Community Involvement
