PKEC is a construction litigation boutique focused on partnering with clients to support their business goals and resolve disputes. 

We formed PKEC to provide focused legal services to our clients in the areas of construction and engineering.  We get involved when issues first arise so we can help minimize disputes and resolve them efficiently.

We also bring significant dispute resolution experience when it becomes necessary to litigate with unreasonable adverse parties.  Our lawyers have tried to a jury verdict over twenty cases and obtained verdicts exceeding $30 million in two cases. We have also tried dozens of court trials and even more arbitration hearings.
