Associate

Heather Frisch

Ms. Frisch is an associate who focuses her practice on the representation of general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in construction related matters involving schedule delay impacts and time extensions, defective specifications, design changes, and payment disputes on both public and private projects. Heather has also been involved with a number of design-build projects for state and local entities and understands the unique challenges those projects face.

As former in-house counsel for a large heavy civil contractor, Ms. Frisch is experienced in dealing with the day-to-day challenges and issues that can arise during large and small construction projects in California.  She has worked on major projects involving bridges, dams, water treatment plants, schools, hospitals, high-end residential homes, and public infrastructure.

Ms. Frisch has represented clients in both state and federal courts, as well as during mediation and arbitration proceedings. She also has particular experience assisting clients with professional licensing issues in California.
