- Served as first chair for a design-build general contractor on a specialty airplane parts distribution facility, obtaining a complete defense of the property owner’s affirmative defect claims and vindication of the contractor’s claims for underpayment.
- Represented a general contractor in a three-month jury trial involving defect and fraudulent inducement claims arising out of a single-family residence, obtaining complete defense verdict in favor of contractor on the alleged construction deficiencies and an affirmative jury finding of fraudulent inducement in the sale of the residence, including an award of punitive damages.
- Represented a national general contractor in condominium defect litigation through a ten-week jury trial, resolving the action during jury deliberations for less than one third of the plaintiff homeowners association’s demand.
